Staff: the fastest way is inside the app — sign in, open My account, and choose Delete my account. Use this form if you cannot sign in, or if you are a guest asking about your points data.
Sending this form does not delete anything by itself. The business owner or HQ reviews every request and may contact you to confirm it is really you before anything is removed.
